Latest Showcase: Parla returns to the Archiproducts Milano showroom

April 29, 2025

Parla made a return to this year’s Milano Design Week, exhibiting our beloved designs at the Archiproducts showroom.

Curated by Studiopepe, the showroom is a hotspot that attracts many designers, architects and other creatives with its extensive selection of interior solutions. Located in the Porta Genova district of Milan, the eclectic and never-the-same showroom continuously hosts exhibitions and creative displays from designers and companies worldwide, Parla being one of them.

During Design Week, our team welcomed visitors to the showroom and introduced our products to friends from all over the world. Nihal Cavus, our Marketing Specialist, was at the Archiproducts showroom and says the Design Week kicked off with a smashing press day. Many journalists came to see Parla products and got the feel of our brand to feature them in publications for the upcoming year. Nihal also said “Brands and people we collaborated with came to see our products as it is a great opportunity for visibility for both Parla and them. Since our products will be there for a year, many more will be interested to come and see them.”

Last year, we showcased Loop and Hug armchairs, as well as the Palm Collection, under The Aqua Exhibition in the showroom space. Coming back for our second year, the theme Parla will be exhibiting under is “à.ria”, an exploration of design where matter becomes a medium for connection with the use of layering, movement, and light.

In line with the showroom’s theme, Parla’s Hew, Padova, Rocks and Tofu collections will accompany pieces from 50 of the most influential and visionary international design brands.

Now, let’s take a closer look at our showcased pieces!

Starting strong with Hew, the first collection designed by Matthew Goodrich and Hines Fischer as part of a collaboration with Parla, the collection features an armchair, a sofa and a bench. The collection’s elegantly carved wood pillars separate the sections, creating a sleek and minimal look without worrying about the seams. The neutral colours make the pieces easily blendable into multiple design styles and themes.

Next up is the Padova family, consisting of two armchair designs. The feminine and embracing form makes the user experience for Padova armchairs cosier than ever. The adaptable swivel base proves itself to be versatile and a great choice for interior schemes that would like to mix larger and smaller seating.

The Rocks collection resembles exactly different shaped rocks, offering a selection of poufs in different sizes and colours. When pieced together, the poufs add a playful vibe to the scene and suit either large or small seating arrangements.

Last but not least, our Tofu tables also find their place in the showroom. A sculptural base is used in all four of the tables, displaying their marvellous natural materials. Each of the four tables come in different variations, ranging from marble to oak veneer to tinted glass.

We are really glad that we have been able to take part in this for a second year running, and look forward to the widening of our horizons and networks!

When you are in Milano next, do stop by to view and try out a variety of our designs presented in the inspiring space of Archiproducts!
