Industrial Designer

Born in Gaziantep, Umut studied Industrial Product Design at Istanbul Technical University and settled in Istanbul to base his design career in the city. During his internships, he gained experience on ideation and production methods for office, restaurant and urban furniture design. In 2012, his first professional experience started with interior design, brand / concept generation and application for restaurants at an Istanbul based design studio. He joined Parla Studio in 2016 and worked on various bespoke & collection pieces.

Highly skilled in Product Design, Model Making, Branding & Identity, Concept Generation accompanied with a strong engineering experience for professional production techniques, Umut is currently working as a Product Design and Development Specialist.
